The aerobic capacity wods are simple effective workouts on row ergs, ski ergs or air bikes.

 Designed to increase your aerobic capacity, you understanding of pacing, and sometimes your mental strength. Normally interval based on one type of machine but will sometimes rotate between two of them to keep you thinking. When using the row and ski ergs we’ll be adding in some technique work during the warm ups as technique comes before intensity.
